Pricing and Orders

The various ways of ordering PaceXL, and associated pricing, are explained below.

ORDERING

Standalone CD:

PaceXL is available as a stand-alone CD for students to use on their home computers.
Bookshops should order direct from the publishers.
Students should contact their bookshop, or students and other users can use the Order Form.

Bundled/shrinkwrapped:
This option provides significant cost savings to students.

PaceXL can be bundled/shrinkwrapped with textbooks distributed by major statistics textbook publishers in Australia, New Zealand and some South Pacific countries.
To have the CD bundled/shrinkwrapped with your textbook, contact the sales representative of the publisher of your textbook or enquire from Cicada Bay Pty Ltd.
PaceXL can also be bundled/shrinkwrapped with instructor's in-house course notes in these regions. Enquire from Cicada Bay Pty Ltd.
PaceXL is also published under various names in different countries. To enquire about your country, please contact Cicada Bay Pty Ltd.

Site licence:

PaceXL is available for installation as a site licence for adopting institutes.

PRICING

PaceXL is priced to be affordable for students. The relatively small outlay will save them a great deal of time and frustration, and provide them with an excellent learning tool, written to a highly professional standard.

In Australasia ($Aus) (Including GST):

PaceXL stand-alone CD: Recommended retail price: $43.70
PaceXL stand-alone CD: Wholesale price: 33.33% off RRP
Bundling/shrinkwrap price: Save $20-$25 on RRP of stand alone CD
Upgrade from earlier versions: $29.50, including postage and handling for the full version 2, whether upgrading from a stand-alone CD or bundled CD
Site licences: $550 for adopting institutes - once only licence fee; not an annual fee. Lower rates for site licences negotiable for small enrolments.

UPGRADES

PaceXL Version 1, and Pace2000 the precursor of PaceXL, are no longer being distributed or marketed separately. If you have previously purchased a copy of PaceXL 1 or Pace2000, you can upgrade to the full version of PaceXL 2 as detailed below. The upgrade price given above, includes postage and handling (including overseas). To order:

Complete the information required on the Order Form.
Return the PaceXL Version 1 CD or both Pace2000 software disks with your order.
The PaceXL 2 CD will be forwarded to you, plus your PaceXL Version 1 CD or Pace2000 disks.

Expected delivery time is 2 to 3 days in Australia or 7 to 10 days internationally, on receipt of order.
